Rader Leadership Model


 
  1. Review (or develop) strategic direction: Mission, Values, Priorities

  2. Assess to diagnose leadership strengths and developmental areas through 360 degree or self-rated assessments

  3. Develop intervention action plans based on effective leadership models, styles, skills, and best practices  

  4. Empower, and practice between sessions

  5. Reflect, report, and re-evaluate through support, feedback, and adjustments over a period of 6-10 sessions
