Change needs to start with an understanding of ourselves as leaders and managers that can be facilitated through 360-degree leadership and DiSC assessments to glean insight into valuable strengths and developmental areas. This program provides awareness of blind spots, unconscious biases, and blocks on how behaviors and decision-making affect individuals, teams, engagement, and business outcomes.
Gain self-awareness of limitations in categories such as strategic direction, social awareness, self-regulation, coaching, feedback, delegation, and accountability that hinder leadership effectiveness and leading people in upward, productive trajectories or, worse still, that harm desired organizational outcomes. This coaching will bring in proven leadership coaching techniques and best practices.
